Very clean rooms and friendly staff - perfect hotel. Before bed I went to Tgi Fridays for a nightcap, it's really close to the property.
-
Our room was big, beds comfy and an Amazing location. We truly enjoyed a heating system, a safe and a sitting area. Plus, it has public parking nearby.
-
Greatly enjoyed staying in an art deco building. I ate at the beach restaurant next to the hotel.

When my friends and I first walked in, our immediate reaction was "WOW!!". We overlooked Ocean Drive (the Beach) and had this gorgeous suite that was clean and very large for 5 girls to share for 3 nights. Our favorite part about the suite was the large living room where we were able to hang out...I would definitely stay here again!
The hot water in the showers did not last long enough for all of us to shower. We had to take a few very cold showers! Brrrrrr!

We loved the location, the staff, the rooms were large, the relaxing chance to use a full size kitchen and dine comfortably in the room. And the complimentary beach towels and chairs, nice touch.
Pillows a little too polyester and needed more cooking utensils in the kitchen with cleaning products/towels. But an excellent stay in the Suites, will go back at the right price again.

excelent localization for reasonable price: very close to the beach in Art Deco area, 20 min. to Lincoln Av., Walgreens and T.G.I. Fridays are over the corner. Availability of beach towels and armchairs, very helpful staff.
swimming pool is very very small, poor and old facilities on the roof (deck chair, rest rooms)

Large, modern and clean rooms near the beach and most restaurants of Ocean Drive. Loved the marble floors of the rooms and modern kitchen appliances.
Small non-heated pool. Small reception area.

I loved the location and the size of the suite. The decorating and furniture were very modern and I loved that the beds were king size. The ocean view and balcony were very attractive.
I did not like the unprofessional patched hole in the wall. The patch was cracked not sanded afterwards and the paint color chosen did not match the original color of the wall. All the doors in the suite were white and they were all dirty with finger prints. A nice spray and wipe with clorox would definitely keep this suite in good conditions if the maintenance and cleaning were up a notch.

Great stay at Casanova very helpful manager and staff .. In a great location .. I highly reccomend it !! And I forgot to mention it us so clean .. Everything is great.

Location is just great but of course à little bit noisy as it is just on the main touristic area of Miami Beach and there, people do not go to bed at 9. The suite was first class, very large, Gorgeous view on the ocean, just splendid and very enjoyable. One of the best and largest rooms we ever had..(and we have quite a lot to compare) Guys downstairs at the reception desk are kind, easy going even if they are not really professional . But they are very helpful and understanding. Great condo hotel, with outstanding suites and very pleasant staff. One of the bet way to discover SoBe
Entrance gate and the lobby should be renovated and even even moved to the front instead of being close to the waste cans ! This s more a house guests than a Hotel, but on the other hand , you are independent, nobody got in the way and you have tremendous accommodation.

Location is very good, room size and clean of the the holet
-
Location, good value for money, staff were nice
-
Just across the beach Rooms with much space, with fully equiped kitichen, bedroom. It is a full-size apartment Close to the art- deco district
No pool, no guest laundry facilities Next to bars and restaurant, so a bit noisy in the evening Parking facilities limited
-
Location is good, nice room, clean. Big fridge with ice machine.
Not very soundproof, people in the hallway seems to be in your room. The oversized living room could have been furnished more practical. Big open space with nothing - no workdesk, big kitchen with lots of storage space and big fridge, but nothing to cook on (a part from micro). Parking is a nightmare, but that goes for South Beach in general.

OMG, Suite #401 was a 2 bedroom suite, and it was awesome! Brand new updated unit, with 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths separated with a spacious living/kitchenette area. It comfortably slept my 2 -11 year olds on the one side and gave me a private suite on the beach side (with picturesque windows and veranda). Perfect for a family to still have a private mom & dad area. Would be great for 2 families vacationing together, just add a cot or 2 for the kids. Plenty of space for it all! The rooftop pool and sitting area was enjoyable. Loved it! Great location too!!, right by TGIFridays so a budget conscious way to enjoy meals for a family on SoBe.
This is not for someone that wants room service, or spa time. No immenities here. This is just a place to come to for a beautiful room on the beach and a nice size clean room. Get the rest elsewhere, cuz there are plenty of places to go on SoBe for that. There were no drinks at the rooftop pool area, which I could have used. A vending machine maybe??
